You will guide market intelligence, financial feasibility, and cross-functional collaboration with finance, construction, development, sales, and legal teams. Leading a team of land acquisition professionals, you will shape entitlement strategies, risk assessment, and investment decisions while fostering strong external
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, planning, real estate development, or related field.
- 8–14 years of relevant experience; leadership of teams and managers.
- Experience leading land acquisition strategy within residential homebuilding or master-planned developments.
Mansioni
- Develop and execute land acquisition strategies aligned to 1–3 year plan.
- Lead market evaluation and demographic trends analysis.
- Oversee negotiations, LOIs, and purchase contracts.
- Manage due diligence including entitlements and regulatory compliance.
- Mentor land acquisition managers and report to executives.
- Coordinate with Finance, Construction, Development, Sales, and Legal teams.
