Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics within Financial Crimes Compliance, with KYC focus.
• Bachelor degree in Engineering/Technology.
• Understanding of AML and terrorist financing trends.
• Experience with Data Lake, Tableau/Qliksense/Qlikview, Excel pivots and VLookups.
• Ability to map data across platforms.
• Strong organization and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to adapt to evolving regulatory landscapes.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.
• SQL databases and querying large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Capture, analyze and document business requirements and functional specs.
• Data sourcing, analysis and identifying data requirements.
• Assist in development and implementation of KYC analytics.
• Data and surveillance validation planning and execution.
• Project tracking and execution.
• Conduct investigative/testing reviews of FCC controls.
• Draft detailed investigative and testing reports with findings.
• Document project artifacts for testing, model validation, audits.
