Job summary

The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. is seeking a data-savvy professional to join the FCC Data Oversight team in Salt Lake City. You will drive data governance, analytics and risk-based insights to strengthen AML controls and reporting across divisions.

Work with technology, operations and business partners to capture requirements, source data, and implement scalable analytics. Strong communication and project-management skills are required for independent, cross-functional delivery.

Qualifications

5+ years in analytical roles within Financial Crimes Compliance or related field.
Degree in Engineering/Technology or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with data governance, data analysis, and visualization tools.

Responsibilities

Capture, analyze and document business requirements and functional specs.
Data sourcing, analysis and identifying data requirements across platforms.
Assist in AML risk analytics to identify gaps and opportunities in data/reporting.
Track projects and ensure timely execution with partner teams.
Propose new tools and improve controls through partner feedback.
Conduct investigative and testing reviews of FCC controls.
Document artifacts and surface real-time insights on trends and risks.
