You will optimize software and data-provider sourcing, guide negotiations, and drive cost-saving initiatives within a multi-disciplinary team.

The role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in complex IT contract negotiations and strong leadership across Finance, Legal, and Tech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 8 years in Procurement, ideally in financial services.
• Experience with IT procurement, software, and data providers.
• Strong bidding, negotiation, and contract management skills.
• Proven leadership, strategic vision and stakeholder influence.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and program management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement for software and data providers in IT.
• Negotiate and finalize large, complex IT vendor contracts.
• Identify savings opportunities through data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, HR, Compliance, Technology and Operations.
• Maintain procurement records and ERP data; manage KPI reporting.
• Direct purchasing and cost-reduction initiatives to meet firm goals.
• Develop talent, hire and train staff; oversee performance evaluations.
