I. JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), the Vice President of IT Business Partnership will serve as the primary IT liaison for our Products Business and Research & Development function. This role is also responsible for overseeing the strategy, development, and support services for Enterprise Information Management. Additionally, the VP will lead the Business Partner Center of Excellence (COE).
The Vice President, IT Business Partner will collaborate with Emergent’s business and functional leaders to shape and drive business strategy, outcomes, and key performance indicators (KPIs). This role will be responsible for developing strategy-driven roadmaps that encompass people, roles, processes, information, and technology components. Additionally, the VP will ensure that business solutions deliver measurable value (ROI/ROA), with results effectively assessed, communicated, and adopted. This position will also oversee the engineering and execution of business-aligned solutions, ensuring seamless integration and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate for this role will be a strategic thought leader, an inspiring people leader, and an exceptional communicator, adept at navigating a complex, matrixed environment. They will bring deep expertise in sales, marketing, and research & development business processes and enablement. Above all, this individual must be a highly effective collaborator, engaging seamlessly with diverse business stakeholders, vendor partners, and team members. A strong emphasis will be placed on identifying and driving innovation opportunities to ensure continued success in an increasingly competitive and rapidly evolving industry landscape.

U.S. Base Pay Ranges and Benefits Information
The estimated annual base salary as a new hire for this position ranges from [$267,500 to $323,600]. Individual base pay depends on various factors such as applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. Certain roles are eligible for additional incentive compensation, including merit increases, annual bonus, [and/or long-term incentives in the form of stock options.]
