Job summary

Pittsburgh Regional Alliance is seeking a Vice President, Investor Relations to lead investor engagement, sponsorship development, and revenue growth. You will partner with the CEO/COO and senior leaders to craft external messaging, identify opportunities, and manage a regional investor program.

The role requires executive leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to drive collaboration across internal teams, with travel within the region as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience with 3+ years in executive-level strategy, membership, development, or investor relations.
• Proficiency in financial concepts and analysis, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM systems including Salesforce.
• Advanced degree in business or nonprofit administration, humanities, law, political science, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead investor engagement strategy, value proposition, tiering, benefits, stewardship, and engagement opportunities.
• Advise CEO/COO on investor priorities, issues, membership trends, and relationship strategies.
• Develop and execute engagement plans for major investors, sponsors, board members, and strategic partners.
• Serve as primary relationship manager for Regional Investors on Alliance matters.
• Oversee sponsorship strategy and revenue generation for events and initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure sponsors and partnerships.
