Job summary

Palmetto seeks a Vice President of Investor Relations to lead all investor communication and engagement. You will bridge Palmetto with the investor community, shaping the narrative and ensuring alignment of strategy, performance, and long-term value creation.

This role reports to senior leadership and partners with the Founder/CEO and CFO. You will own investor materials, engage with analysts, and support capital raises and major milestones while collaborating across FP&A, Legal, and other teams

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience owning investor-facing messaging and senior-level communications.
• Executive presence and credibility in high-stakes external conversations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex information into clear narratives.

Responsibilities

• Manage all investor communication and reporting across equity and debt investors.
• Own Palmetto’s investor strategy end-to-end and prepare materials for capital raises.
• Lead development of investor-facing narrative, messaging, and talking points.
• Serve as primary contact for investors and external market participants; attend conferences.
