JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Implementation Specialist - Vice President to lead strategic technology rollouts for our Investment Services teams. You will drive cross-functional collaboration across Departments, oversee user testing, and gather executive feedback to shape the future of our offerings.

In this role, you will guide large-scale initiatives, present to senior leadership, and establish working groups with Investments, Legal, Compliance, Technology, Operations, and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years of financial services experience.
• Ability to travel domestically, and for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Strategize and lead the execution of large-scale projects and initiatives.
• Conduct high-level analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop understanding of current-state processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, building consensus for transformative change.
• Establish and lead strategic working groups across multiple departments.
• Provide strategic oversight and continuous feedback on project status with innovative solutions.
• Lead the design and implementation of solutions with detailed project plans and documentation.
• Serve as a key escalation point ensuring alignment of project impact and strategy.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and diverse work environment.
• Execute other strategic duties and/or special projects as needed.
