Job summary

Goldman Sachs, Inc. seeks a Vice President in New York to work with Portfolio Managers and Private Wealth Advisors on ISG positioning, portfolio implementation, and client discussions.

You will interface with PWAs across regions, delivering insightful analyses of strategies and performance, and coordinating with product teams on positioning. The role requires deep investment experience, strong communication, and the ability to translate complex ISG views for practical client portfolios,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of investment experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong client-facing experience with PWAs or similar.
• Demonstrable quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
• Attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
• SIE, Series 7 and Series 63 must be obtained within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Participate in client and prospective client meetings with PWAs to share ISG views and discuss portfolio implementation.
• Attain direct visibility in PWM as a strategy/platform implementation expert.
• Engage with PWA teams in regions of responsibility.
• Deliver insights on ISG positioning to PWAs and PAG in team meetings.
• Address PWA questions on product positioning, performance and attribution with product teams as needed.
• Assist PWAs in ISG positioning and internal/external product positioning (equities, fixed income, alternatives).
• Recommend diversified portfolios for clients/prospects aligning ISG recommendations with objectives.
• Prepare competitive analyses using Morningstar X-Ray and in-house tools.
