Vice President of Private Equity – Birmingham, AL

We are working with a well-established private investment firm seeking a Vice President to join its team in Birmingham, Alabama. This is a traditional investment role that's also highly sourcing-focused, offering the opportunity to take ownership of deal origination and play a meaningful role in the firm's investment activities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong investing background, established relationships across the Southeast, and experience sourcing and executing transactions along with transaction experience.

Candidate Requirements:

• 5–6+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Prior business development, deal sourcing, or origination experience is essential.
• Transaction experience is a must.
• Established professional or personal ties to the southeastern United States.
• Experience across FinTech, Healthcare, or Financial Services is particularly attractive, although other sectors will be considered.

Location: Birmingham, Alabama – 5 days per week in the office.
