Job summary

Oaktree is seeking an experienced Investment Operations professional to optimize end-to-end processes across private deals and lifecycle events. You will partner with Operations, Trading, Compliance and Technology to analyze workflows and implement scalable improvements.

This role emphasizes process design, documentation, change management, and project leadership, with a strong focus on data integrity, controls, and cross-functional collaboration across asset classes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of asset management and investment operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of front-to-back investment processes across alternative assets.
• Experience with OMS and workflow design, configurations and integrations.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders across seniorities and drive projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools to analyze data and mitigate risk.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize end-to-end investment lifecycle processes.
• Support OMS-related system implementations, enhancements or migrations.
• Identify control gaps and data integrity risks; implement scalable solutions.
• Lead business process design, mapping, documentation, and SOPs.
• Manage projects from scoping to delivery with executive reporting.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and develop training materials.
