Job summary

Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. in Los Angeles seeks a Vice President to lead high‑visibility initiatives on the Business Transformation team across investment operations, technology and change management.

You will own end‑to‑end delivery of process design, control improvements, and data‑driven optimization in collaboration with the Digital Product team and technology stakeholders. Responsibilities include optimizing the investment lifecycle, supporting OMS implementations, and driving scalable

Qualifications

• 8+ years of asset management experience with exposure to Investment Operations.
• Strong knowledge of front-to-back investment processes and controls.
• Experience with OMS, workflow design, and data-driven improvements.
• Proven stakeholder management across seniority levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of business process design and change management.
• Partner with Investment Operations, Trading, Compliance, Technology and Data teams.
• Analyze and optimize investment lifecycle processes including trade lifecycle and settlements.
• Support OMS implementations, enhancements, integrations, or migrations.
• Develop documentation, SOPs, and training for new processes.
• Manage projects with scope, planning, resourcing, budgeting and reporting.
