Job summary

Goldman Sachs in New York is seeking an experienced Vice President to join the Cross Markets Group Consumer Retail coverage within the Investment Banking Division. You will lead transaction execution from origination through closing, mentor Analysts and Associates, and strengthen client relationships across M&A, debt and equity financings.

This high-impact role offers a base salary of $250,000–$300,000 per year with discretionary bonus potential and extensive collaboration with global deal

Qualifications

• Four+ years in IB with master's, or seven+ years with bachelor's.
• Proven leadership of deal teams.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead transaction execution from origination through closing.
• Coordinate cross-functional deal teams.
• Provide strategic client advice and mentoring.
• Develop client relationships and business opportunities.
• Prepare client presentations and materials.
• Oversee due diligence and negotiation.
• Manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced environment.
