Qualifications

• Four+ years IB experience with master's degree or seven years with bachelor's.
• Proven track record leading deal teams of Analysts/Associates.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with Consumer Retail clients as primary day-to-day contact.
• Lead execution of complex transactions from origination through closing (M&A, debt/equity financings).
• Translate detailed financial analyses into strategic recommendations for clients.
• Oversee development of financial models, valuation analyses, and client materials.
• Advise on industry trends and transaction structures; coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentor Analysts and Associates while fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Contribute to client coverage and growth of the CMG Consumer Retail franchise.
