Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise risk management and risk appetite.
• 5+ years of knowledge in risk management; credit and market risk helpful.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; able to present clearly.

Responsibilities

• Implement and refine ERM frameworks, policies and governance.
• Conduct local risk identification and risk assessment for appetite.
• Analyze risk appetite metrics and report trends to management.
• Help establish KRIs and risk appetite statements for transparency.
• Support updates to senior management across risk types.
• Contribute to Enterprise Risk Management Policy and procedures.
• Develop risk training programs and awareness across the Americas.
• Design and maintain local risk governance and advise approval bodies.
• Support enterprise stress testing capabilities for key portfolios.
• Monitor regulatory changes and industry trends to adapt risk strategies.
• Coordinate Recovery & Resolution Planning aligned with regulations.
• Prepare for regulatory exams and audits and assist responses.
