Position Summary :

Global Atlantic is seeking a candidate to join the Marketing team and be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies tailored for institutional clients, such as institutional investors and C-Suite audiences. This role involves crafting and overseeing integrated marketing campaigns that elevate the Global Atlantic brand, strengthen client relationships, and drive business growth. The VP will collaborate with sales and product teams to align efforts with business goals, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, compelling content that highlights our expertise in financial markets. They will leverage data and analytics to measure and optimize marketing performance while staying ahead of industry trends. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape Global Atlantic’s marketing direction and contribute to its success in a competitive industry. All candidates must, in addition to possessing the specific qualifications cited below, be a self-starter and work well within a complex, fast-paced, fluid environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  • Define and lead the institutional marketing strategy to support the business objectives and growth plans.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the Global Atlantic value proposition to institutional clients.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, thought leadership content, and digital assets that address the unique needs and interests of institutional investors.
  • Develop customized marketing programs and events that enhance client engagement and reinforce our reputation and leadership.
  • Ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all marketing channels, reinforcing Global Atlantic’s brand identity and values.
  • Manage the development and distribution of high-quality content that demonstrates our expertise and thought leadership in financial markets.
  • Work closely with product, sales, compliance, and other teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Manage direct reports and relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to enhance the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Utilize data and analytics to drive insights, optimize marketing strategies, and improve return on investment (ROI).

Candidates Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in institutional marketing within the financial services industry, with a proven track record of leading successful marketing initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, and the needs of institutional clients.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies.
  • Leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and develop marketing talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Various jurisdictions have passed pay transparency laws that require companies provide salary ranges for any positions for which they are accepting applications. Global Atlantic has offices in Atlanta, Batesville, Bermuda, Boston, Des Moines, Hartford, Indianapolis, and New York City. The base salary range posted below is inclusive of the lowest cost of living geography to the highest in which we have a Global Atlantic office.

Global Atlantic’s base salary range is determined through an analysis of similar positions in the external labor market. Base pay is just one component of Global Atlantic’s total compensation package for employees and at times we hire outside the boundaries of the salary range. Other rewards may include annual cash bonuses, long-term incentives (equity), generous benefits (including immediate vesting on employee contributions to a 401(k), as well as a company match on your contributions), and sales incentives. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and / or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Compensation for our more senior positions have a larger component of short-term cash bonus and long-term incentives.

The base salary range for this role is

143,000 — $275,000 USD

Global Atlantic reserves the right to modify the qualifications and requirements for this position to accommodate business needs and regulatory changes. Future adjustments may include obtaining specific licenses or certifications to comply with operational needs and conform to applicable industry-specific regulatory requirements, state and federal laws.
