Job summary

You will partner with business leaders, IT, and external partners to explore emerging technologies and turn ideas into meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in innovation, strategy, or digital transformation.
• Experience leading innovation programs and technology pilots.
• Ability to translate business challenges into innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of innovation programs and pilots.
• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends to guide investments.
• Facilitate ideation and proof-of-concept initiatives for scalable solutions.
• Partner with business and IT to develop innovation roadmaps and improve efficiency.
• Pilot AI, automation, analytics, cloud and other digital capabilities.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to support initiatives.
• Establish and monitor metrics to measure program outcomes for senior leadership.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning across the organization.
• Lead and mentor innovation teams and cross-functional projects.
