Job summary

Raba Kistner, Inc. seeks a Vice President to lead the Infrastructure team in Nashville/Murfreesboro, TN. You will oversee budgets, business development, personnel, service delivery, and quality for corporate engineering services, guiding proactive client engagement and project leadership.

You will mentor staff, manage risk, ensure compliance, and drive revenue growth while building a positive, high-performance culture across regional offices and project locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field is required.
• P.E. License in applicable state or must obtain within 6 months of hire.
• 25 years progressively responsible experience in transportation engineering with 15 years in personnel, service delivery, and financial management.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet auto insurability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets, monitor attainment, pursue revenue, and oversee expenditures to achieve corporate goals.
• Manage risks in the execution of services and minimize scope creep and exposure to litigation.
• Provide quarterly and annual revenue projections and monitor goal achievement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Lead or participate in regional office business development programs.
• Prepare proposals and qualification statements.
• Act as consultant to departments, project managers, and regional office principles.
• Serve as Project Manager, Project Principal or Project Director.
• Implement and oversee administrative activities including HR, training, and health and safety.
• Plan, schedule, coordinate, monitor and report on service delivery to clients.
