Qualifications

• P.E. license in applicable state, or within 6 months of hire if out of state.
• 25+ years of progressive responsibility in transportation engineering, including 15+ years in personnel, service delivery, and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets, monitor attainment, revenues, and expenditures to meet corporate goals.
• Manage risks to minimize scope creep and litigation exposure.
• Provide revenue projections and monitor goal achievement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients.
