Job summary

Raba Kistner, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager II to join our Infrastructure team in Decatur, GA. This role oversees construction inspection and material testing operations, ensuring compliance with plans and specifications.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a related field, a P.E. license, and at least 10 years of transportation engineering experience with supervisory responsibilities. Travel and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Good oral and written communications skills and ability to maintain effective working relationships with internal and external personnel.
• Intermediate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Able to travel to project sites and maneuver over rough and uneven terrain.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate construction inspection activities and material testing operations.
• Implement and oversee compliance with administrative and business operation activities including human resources, training programs, inventory, safety and budget monitoring.
• Review and recommend approval of applications for payment.
• Oversee Area Office record management operations.
• Meet with contractor's supervisors or other project leaders on assigned project sites to discuss and coordinate testing, sampling, or inspection of construction materials or construction procedures to verify compliance with the approved plans, specifications and shop/working drawings.
