JPMorganChase, a leading global financial services firm, seeks a Vice President for Infrastructure Finance and Advisory. Based in New York, you will originate, structure and execute complex infrastructure financings across Power/Energy and Digital Infrastructure, collaborating with M&A, debt capital markets, and derivatives teams.

You will manage due diligence, financial modeling, credit ratings, and client relationships while delivering tailored solutions to meet strategic and risk objectives

Formación

• 6+ years of project/infrastructure finance experience.
• Experience with infrastructure finance transactions in Power/Energy and/or Digital Infrastructure.
• Candidate has existing infrastructure client and investor relationships.
• Advanced knowledge of financial modeling and financial products including bank loans, bonds, rates, and structured products.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and handles multiple deliverables.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all aspects of deal execution for bank and bond financings and advisory in Power/Energy and/or Digital Infrastructure in the US.
• Structure, contract negotiation, due diligence, and lead credit ratings processes.
• Oversee development of financial models.
• Lead credit risk and internal approval processes.
• Assist product teams in structuring hedging products.
• Develop client relationships and pitch for new engagements.
• Conduct industry and company research to identify opportunities.
