Job summary

The Senior Associate/VP will source, evaluate, and execute acquisitions, building strong broker and owner relationships while supporting the full transaction lifecycle from underwriting through closing.

The role offers exposure to senior leadership and involvement in the investment committee, driving growth across industrial and logistics platforms.

Qualifications

• 5–12 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, investment banking, private equity real estate, or development.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience preparing investment committee materials and deal presentations.

Responsibilities

• Source ISF acquisition opportunities across target markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, owners, developers, and industry participants.
• Coordinate due diligence, contract negotiation, financing coordination, and closing.
• Prepare investment memoranda and materials for internal review.
• Support portfolio expansion and hold/sell/refinancing analyses.
