La Rabida Children’s Hospital in Chicago is seeking a senior HR leader to guide the department, translate business strategy into a comprehensive people strategy, and partner with the executive team on talent, culture, total rewards, and compliance. This role owns workforce planning, engagement initiatives, and HR operations to support organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate has a track record of leading HR teams, designing organizational design, and driving data-driven workforce

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, organizational development, or related field.
Minimum 10+ years of progressive HR experience with significant leadership responsibility.

Responsabilités

Define multi-year people strategy and annual HR operating plan with executive alignment.
Lead and develop the HR leadership team with clear goals and accountable service levels.
Partner with executives on organizational design, succession planning, and leadership development.
Set total rewards philosophy and approve compensation structure and benefits strategy.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and oversee major employee relations matters.
Establish HR data/reporting framework and present workforce metrics to leadership and board.
Manage HR budget, vendors, and technology roadmap for scalable service.
