The role combines executive leadership with hands-on oversight of regulatory compliance and ESG reporting in a publicly traded energy company environment. The incumbent will guide policy development, manage offshore HSE programs, coordinate with regulators and industry groups, and drive continuous

Qualifications

• 15+ years of hands-on Senior HSE management experience in offshore energy.
• Proven track record in ESG/regulatory programs.
• Experience with government agencies such as BSEE, BOEM, USCG.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE/RM department with multi-site teams and offshore operations.
• Oversee regulatory submissions to BSEE/BOEM/State regulators.
• Develop and implement ESG data collection and reporting.
• Direct SEMS audits and incident investigations.
• Represent the company in industry groups and regulatory engagements.
