Job summary

Midas Hospitality, a premier hotel management company, seeks a Vice President of Operations to lead the operational and financial performance of a 10–12 hotel portfolio. You will guide General Managers and Area GMs to drive revenue, profitability, guest satisfaction, and associate engagement across properties.

The ideal candidate brings 8–10+ years in hospitality leadership, GM experience, and a proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of hospitality experience with multi-unit leadership.
• 3–5+ years in above-property or multi-unit operations leadership.
• Former Full-Service General Manager experience required.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton or IHG preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive performance across a 10–12 hotel portfolio.
• Coach General Managers and area leaders to achieve goals.
• Oversee top-line revenue, profitability, guest satisfaction, and engagement.
• Partner with owners, investors, and brand partners.
• Lead annual budget process and financial reviews.
