Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product strategy, consulting, or client experience in financial services.
• Proactive and results-driven with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives.
• Strong understanding of customer insights, P&L dynamics, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a leader in optimizing product & client experience for HNW clients.
• Own customer experience for the HNW Card, including digital capabilities.
• Support development of client experience strategy through market research.
