Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a senior role focused on capital formation and investor relations.
• Experience with hedge fund separately managed accounts and related strategies.
• Strong written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership to guide campaigns and mentor junior staff.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with willingness to assume greater responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial strategy, capital formation and client engagement for funds/products.
• Articulate investment strategy and the role it plays in investors’ portfolios.
• Collaborate across ACF, Sales and the firm to define GTM strategies and KPI targets.
• Lead development of marketing content and define strategic direction.
• Manage client due diligence processes from engagement to legal docs and negotiations.
• Frequent client engagements and potential business travel.
• Mentor junior team members and respond to internal inquiries.
• Coordinate responses to senior management and sales channels.
