Qualifications

• Education requirement: Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field.
• Ten years of supply chain leadership experience in a healthcare environment.
• Equivalency: four years of experience may substitute for the bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Provides executive leadership for Supply Chain and Strategic Sourcing operations, aligning with organizational goals.
• Establishes strategic direction, objectives, and KPIs for supply chain and sourcing functions.
• Leads procurement, contracting, logistics, distribution, and inventory management enterprise-wide.
• Oversees division budgets, long-range planning, benchmarking, and asset management.
• Drives continuous improvement via analytics, forecasting, and industry best practices.
• Partners with leaders to implement enterprise solutions that enhance patient care and efficiency.
