Job summary

GuideWell in the United States seeks a Vice President, Health Services Analytics to position analytics as the engine behind the Health Services Operating System. This executive leads the Unified KPI dashboard, AI-driven improvements, and data modernization to improve member health outcomes and reduce costs.

Reporting to the COO, this role shapes analytics strategy, governance, and talent, partnering with the Chief Data Officer to migrate to cloud-based solutions and embed analytics into business

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in healthcare analytics or enterprise analytics leadership.
• 8+ years of senior leadership overseeing analytical teams and enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Experience designing and implementing analytics operating models.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence cross-functional senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to translate analytical insights into measurable business outcomes.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (LEAN, Six Sigma, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Define and own the North Star for Health Services Analytics and strategic priorities.
• Lead phased implementation of North Star vision including capabilities, metrics, roadmaps, governance.
• Align analytics priorities to Health Services Operations with quantified business impact.
• Establish and govern a unified analytics operating model and governance.
• Develop and execute AI enablement roadmap and automation initiatives.
• Build and lead the Health Services Analytics team and staffing model.
