Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum seven years of progressive management experience.
• Demonstrated consumer marketing and product development experience.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead product teams across development, marketing, content, and science.
• Act as chief project manager to align efforts with sales/profit goals.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Provide reports to Executive team on trends and strategies.
• Oversee pricing, messaging, and product information accuracy.
• Collaborate on product strategy and cross-department plans.
