Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience including expert experience in understanding, content writing and creation of employee benefits channels for reaching diverse populations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to assimilate source materials and input from subject matter experts to create strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients at the C-suite, Benefits Leader and/or EVP HR level.
• Serve as trusted partner and influential advisor to clients.
• Lead the development and implementation of new client solutions and strategies to level up educational and engagement efforts for employee benefits and total rewards.
