Job summary

Aon is seeking a Vice President, Health Communications Strategy to act as a senior consulting resource, shaping employee benefits communications and total rewards strategies for clients.

The role is hybrid with flexibility to work from Hammonton, NJ, Philadelphia, PA, or Lake Mary, FL offices or remotely for nearby candidates. You will lead client engagements, develop new communication solutions, and mentor senior consultants.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in employee benefits communications.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize source materials and create strategic recommendations.
• Experience leading teams and managing multiple vendors.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients at the C-suite and Benefits Leader level.
• Lead development and implementation of client solutions for education and total rewards.
• Demonstrate effective and professional presentation skills.
• Serve as a team leader to senior communication consultants.
• Create custom communications (Personas, Employee Value Proposition, Change Management) for benefits harmonization.
