Ruder Finn seeks a Vice President, Health account lead to provide strategic counsel and execution for healthcare clients. You will oversee planning and execution of programs, product communications, DSE and regulatory milestones, while growing business and mentoring staff.

The role requires building client relationships, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering high-impact campaigns across oncology, immunology, rare disease and neuroscience.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8+ years in public relations/communications, healthcare/pharma experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in PR, Communications, Journalism or related field.
• Experience in healthcare communications with pharma, biotech and/or patient advocacy.
• Experience with data and regulatory milestones communications.
• Experience in working with patient advocacy groups, patients and influencers.
• A personal passion to work across all verticals in the healthcare space.
• Curiosity and comfort with integrating AI into communications and workflows.
• Strong writing and organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the day-to-day lead for healthcare clients, managing strategy, planning and execution.
• Oversee multiple projects and workstreams from planning through execution, anticipating challenges and proposing solutions.
• Contribute to development of integrated communications programs, campaign recommendations and budgeting.
• Provide high-quality client service by delivering on time and with high quality.
• Manage, mentor, and develop junior and mid-level talent to build best-in-class teams.
• Provide thoughtful client counsel reflecting healthcare priorities and trends.
• Lead development of core communications materials: media strategies, press releases, key message docs, social content, briefing materials, and client presentations.
• Ensure quality control across materials, maintain responsiveness and clear communication with clients and teams.
