The Head of Solutions Architecture will lead KORE's pre-sales architecture function globally and own the customer solution design discipline for the entire organization This role is responsible for managing and scaling a team of IoT Solutions Architects who partner with Sales to design, position, validate, and win IoT solutions deals across strategic verticals. In this role, you will be accountable for ensuring strong technical capability and credibility across KORE's portfolio, including cellular and satellite connectivity, connectivity management platforms, devices, networking, APIs, cloud technologies, and enterprise integrations.
As the technical leader for KORE's pre-sales efforts, you'll ensure customer solutions are technically sound, scalable, supportable, commercially sensible, and deliverable. For complex opportunities, you will be the technical authority, providing appropriate solution governance before commitments are made. This role connects customer pain points to technical outcomes, accelerates sales cycles, and positions KORE as the preferred partner while maintaining strong competency across telecommunications and IoT architecture, SIM/eSIM, carrier and roaming models, core network capabilities, connectivity platforms, device considerations, APIs and integrations, networking and security, and service lifecycle and billing implications.
