Talent Navigation Experts in Denver, CO seeks an experienced VP of Growth & Performance Marketing to own the performance budget, scale LTV/retention, and drive growth across multiple consumer brands with paid media, creators, and affiliates.The role requires 10+ years of marketing experience, 5+ years in senior leadership, and a proven track record of revenue growth. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with a compensation range of $225k–$275k base salary plus bonus.
