SimpliFed is seeking a Vice President of Growth to build a predictable, capital-efficient growth engine around our baby feeding and lactation care. This hands-on leadership role will own partnerships, brand positioning, SEO/earned media, and revenue growth across consumer health channels.

You will collaborate with maternal health organizations, OB networks, and internal teams to scale impact while maintaining SimpliFed’s trusted patient experience.

Formación

• Track record of growing healthcare partnerships into patient acquisition and revenue.
• Owns sourcing, negotiating, closing, and expanding complex commercial agreements.
• Experience with B2B2C growth and consumer acquisition.

Responsabilidades

• Expand existing accounts and secure new partners with activation plans.
• Close relationships with maternal health, mom and baby, and consumer health organizations.
• Build business cases showing partner impact on referrals and revenue.
• Own prospecting, negotiation, launch coordination, renewals, and expansion.
• Lead growth channel strategies including SEO, earned media, and social.
• Forecast, budget, and report on channel performance and ROIs.
