Job summary

SimpliFed is seeking a Vice President of Growth to build a predictable, capital-efficient growth engine around baby feeding and lactation care. This remote US role involves hands-on leadership, developing executive relationships, negotiating and closing partnerships, and turning them into referrals, care, and revenue.

You will own the growth strategy, expand partnerships with maternal health and mom/baby brands, and lead SEO/AEO, earned media, and social initiatives to boost organic acquisition.

Qualifications

• Proven track record growing healthcare or consumer health businesses via partnerships.
• Experience sourcing, negotiating, closing, and expanding complex agreements.
• Ability to convert partnerships into patient acquisition and revenue.
• Experience with B2B2C growth and consumer acquisition.
• Ability to analyze acquisition costs, retention, and contribution margin.
• Experience leading brand and organic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own partnership growth: expand existing accounts, secure new partners, and create predictable volume.
• Lead strategic consumer partnerships with maternal health and mom/baby brands.
• Build partner value and economics through solid business cases and prioritization.
• Oversee partnership execution: prospecting, negotiation, launch, reviews, renewals, expansion.
• Develop consumer channel foundations: SEO/AEO, earned media, and social strategy.
• Expand selective OB opportunities with careful economic and operational fit.
• Own growth planning and reporting: budgets, pipeline, forecasts, and metrics.
• Lead a focused team and external specialists to drive results.
