Vice President of Growth
Location: Remote (U.S.)
Employment type: Full-time
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Compensation: $200K, along with equity and incentive bonuses
About the role
SimpliFed is looking for a Vice President of Growth to build a predictable, capital-efficient growth engine around our best-in-class baby feeding and lactation care.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will personally develop executive relationships, negotiate and close partnerships, and turn those agreements into referrals, completed care, and sustainable revenue. You will own the growth strategy and the execution that makes it work.
Partnerships will remain our primary focus in 2027. You will expand that foundation, build relationships with larger consumer-facing organizations that complement our offering, and strengthen SimpliFed's own consumer presence through brand positioning, organic discovery, earned media, and social engagement. You will also pursue selective OB opportunities that preserve our curated patient experience and meet our financial and operational requirements.
We are looking for someone who can show how their work produced measurable growth-and who understands that our clinical model, patient trust, and accountability for outcomes are central to our commercial value.
What you'll own
- Partnership growth. Expand existing accounts and secure new partners. Build joint activation plans, strengthen referral workflows, and create predictable volume from partners that already reach families at scale.
- Strategic consumer partnerships. Identify and close relationships with complementary maternal health, mom and baby, and consumer health organizations. Use their established audiences, trusted brands, and marketing reach to connect more families to SimpliFed.
- Partner value and economics. Build business cases that demonstrate how SimpliFed improves a partner's offering, engagement, and commercial performance. Prioritize opportunities based on referral potential, economics, implementation requirements, and strategic fit.
- Partnership execution. Own prospecting, negotiation, launch coordination, performance reviews, renewals, and expansion. Work with internal teams to ensure commercial commitments can be delivered and partners produce results after signing.
- Consumer channel foundation. Sharpen positioning; lead search engine optimization and answer engine optimization (SEO/AEO); develop earned media and placements on established mom and baby platforms; and reinvigorate social media to build credibility and organic acquisition.
- Selective OB expansion. Grow existing relationships and activate partners with established commercial teams. Evaluate RFPs and provider or professional services agreements against economics, operational fit, and preservation of SimpliFed's care pathway. Keep this channel focused without building a broad field sales team.
- Growth planning and reporting. Own channel priorities, budgets, pipeline, forecasts, and performance reporting. Use demonstrated partnership economics to guide additional DTC investment.
- Team leadership. Lead a focused team and external specialists or agencies. Set clear expectations, remove barriers, and add resources where results support the investment.
What success looks like
- First 90 days: You have assessed the pipeline, existing partner performance, and patient acquisition journey; established a growth baseline; and built a prioritized plan with owners, milestones, channel economics, and forecasts.
- First six months: Priority partners have clear activation and expansion plans, new opportunities are progressing toward launch, and the brand, SEO/AEO, earned media, and social strategy is being executed with measurable results.
- Ongoing: DME and complementary partnerships generate growing, predictable referrals and completed visits. Conversion, acquisition costs, channel contribution, revenue, and forecast accuracy are measured and improving, with patient experience and clinical outcomes monitored alongside growth.
