Job summary

Aledade seeks a visionary Vice President of Commercial Strategies and Initiatives to shape the future of value-based care. You will lead strategic programs like Aledade Complete and Patient Choice Services, drive growth, and design scalable revenue models across independent primary care practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
• 15+ years progressive experience in healthcare strategy, product development, and go-to-market strategy, plus a minimum of 8 years in management.
• Deep knowledge of the healthcare landscape with deploying new capabilities in a healthcare enterprise.
• Proven experience implementing strategic initiatives with programmatic success.
• Proven track-record of building and cultivating high performing teams.
• Experience evaluating, designing and optimizing healthcare products for practices.
• AI & Tech Initiative: Demonstrated initiative in evaluating, adopting, or scaling AI strategies to drive commercial product performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operationalization and scaling of core strategic initiatives.
• Oversee cross-functional alignment of product, field teams, and clinical operations for adoption.
• Create robust performance frameworks, metrics, and data-driven feedback loops to evaluate efficacy.
• Foster agile execution culture addressing bottlenecks and aligning with long-term vision.
