Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 15+ years in healthcare strategy, product development, and GTM strategy; 8+ years in management.
• Strong executive presence and ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Proven track record implementing strategic initiatives with programmatic success.
• Experience evaluating, designing and optimizing healthcare products for practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operationalization and scaling of flagship initiatives (Aledade Complete and Patient Choice Services).
• Oversee cross-functional alignment to ensure delivery and adoption across independent primary care practices.
• Create performance frameworks, metrics, and feedback loops to measure efficacy and accelerate value delivery.
• Foster agile execution culture, address bottlenecks, and drive long-term commercial growth.
• Strategize beyond MSSP, forecast markets, and incubate new revenue streams.
