VCA seeks a visionary VP of Marketing & Growth to accelerate enterprise growth, strengthen brand trust, and broaden client relationships across its national hospital network. You will drive demand, ownership of ROI dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration with MVH and field teams.

You will lead a team of experts, align marketing with MVH requirements, and translate enterprise priorities into actionable growth strategies that deliver measurable outcomes.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Master's degree in business, marketing or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive marketing and branding experience; experience designing and executing marketing tactics and brand strategies. People leadership experience.
• Travel up to 30%.

Mansioni

• Operate as a strategic thought partner to the VP Chief Marketing Officer to define VCA's marketing and branding strategy and growth agenda. Designs and leads execution for a multi-year marketing and growth roadmap aligned with VCA's strategic priorities.
• Use data-driven insights to identify marketing opportunities, competitive positioning, and client trends. Establish and report on KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting to measure ROI and marketing effectiveness.
• Lead and develop the Marketing Strategy & Planning team, ensuring alignment of team goals, performance metrics, and growth objectives.
• Lead marketing investment and budget allocation decisions aligned to enterprise objectives, growth priorities, and highest-impact opportunities.
• Develop and steward the Marketing Strategy Narrative for MVH, including Annual Planning, governance forums, and strategic communications.
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing and branding team with strong talent development, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintain knowledge on emerging market trends, client behaviors, competitive intelligence, and industry innovations to maintain a best-in-class marketing function.
• Fulfill other related duties as assigned.
