Job summary

State Street is seeking a Vice President of Business Development and Sales for Wealth Services Custody. You will drive revenue strategy, engage UHNW clients, and lead end‑to‑end sales across global markets.

Collaboration with Product, Operations, and Technology will be essential to deliver client‑focused custody and clearing solutions. The role requires 7+ years in enterprise sales within wealth/fintech, a strong track record of large deals, and deep knowledge of CRD Wealth integrations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise sales in wealth/custody or fintech environments.
• Deep familiarity with wealth management channels and partners.
• Proven track record in large, long-cycle deals and cross-functional delivery.
• Experience leading enterprise-level sales strategies and negotiations.
• Strong forecasting, pipeline analytics, and CRM discipline.
• Knowledge of CRD Wealth and third‑party platform integrations.

Responsibilities

• Drive global revenue strategy and new business opportunities for Wealth Custody.
• Manage full sales cycle from discovery to qualification and closing.
• Develop and renew strategic partnerships with UHNW clients and advisors.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing to enable revenue initiatives.
• Represent State Street at industry events and maintain client relationships.
• Travel as needed to support client engagement (approx. 30%).
