Job summary

State Street is seeking a Managing Director to lead Wealth Custody & Clearing sales, driving revenue growth and strategic client engagements globally. You will own the sales agenda, develop opportunities, and manage multi-year deals with UHNW clients and large wealth managers.

You will collaborate with product, operations, and technology teams to deliver client-focused solutions, while representing the firm at key industry events and maintaining market awareness.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise wealth sales across large institutions.
• Strong track record of meeting and exceeding commercial targets.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• FINRA Series 24 accreditation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue objectives across the United States and globally.
• Drive new business opportunities and pipeline growth.
• Manage full sales cycle from discovery to qualification and closure.
• Cultivate UHNW client relationships and deliver tailored custody and clearing solutions.
