Crocs, Inc. seeks a seasoned executive to lead global supply planning, transformation, operations and analytics. This role drives AI forecasting, inventory optimization, and cross-functional alignment across Wholesale and DTC channels.

With 15+ years in planning and a strong leadership track record, you will shape the systems roadmap, scale analytics, and influence senior executives in a global, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in merchandise, demand, and supply planning and inventory management.
• 7+ years senior leadership in a global, matrixed organization.
• Experience modernizing planning systems, tools, and digital capabilities.
• Experience leading digital and AI-driven planning transformation and building advanced analytics capabilities.
• Strong financial, operational, and analytical acumen with evidence-based decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI/forecasting, allocation, pricing, and inventory segmentation across Wholesale and DTC.
• Own the planning systems roadmap and deploy tools that improve forecasting, visibility, and speed.
• Expand analytics and AI/ML adoption to enable timely, evidence-based planning.
• Build scalable data governance and talent capabilities for analytics transformation.
• Lead analytics, forecast reconciliation, and scenario modeling for buys, in-season decisions, and lifecycle management.
• Partner across functions and regions to support Wholesale and DTC planning decisions.
