Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in the United States seeks a Vice President to lead Global Screening Operations Audits & Exams, coordinating internal audits, regulatory examinations, and responses across Compliance, Risk, Legal, Technology, Operations, and business stakeholders.

You will drive RFI governance, manage submissions, and ensure evidence-based, timely deliverables while guiding executives and service owners through remediation and closure.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Professional certifications in Audits/Control Management.
• 6+ years of experience in audit, regulatory exam management, compliance/risk management, or related control function within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of risk and control frameworks and ability to manage multiple audits/exams with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end audits and regulatory examinations with planning, information requests, walkthroughs, testing support, and deliverables.
• Serve as primary contact for auditors and stakeholders; maintain clear communication, timelines, and escalation management.
• Ensure responses are evidence-based and aligned to policies/procedures and control design/operation.
• Facilitate engagements across Transaction Screening, Data Quality, Technology, Governance, Product, and Transformation teams.
• Manage document and data requests, including intake, triage, assignment, tracking, escalation, and ownership identification for all audit and regulatory requests.
• Oversee First Day Letters, RFIs, and Follow-Up Requests, ensuring timely completion and regulatory deadlines; review responses for completeness and accuracy.
