Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Vice President – Global Screening Operations Audits & Exams to lead day-to-day audits and regulatory examinations, acting as the central governance lead across Compliance, Risk, Legal, Technology, Operations, and business stakeholders. You will drive the RFI process, exam management, and ensure readiness for future audits.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Professional certifications in Audits/Control Management.
• 6+ years of experience in audit, regulatory exam management, compliance/risk management in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of risk and control frameworks and ability to manage multiple audits/exams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior audiences.
• Strong project management skills including planning, tracking, and executive reporting.
• Experience interacting with banking regulators and leading exam responses.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end execution of internal audits, regulatory examinations, and DDQs with Audit Coordinators.
• Serve as primary contact for auditors/examiners and internal stakeholders; maintain timelines and escalation management.
• Ensure responses are evidence-based and aligned to policies and control design.
• Facilitate engagements across governance and transformation teams.
• Manage document and data requests, intake, triage, and ownership identification.
• Oversee RFIs, FDLs, and follow-up requests with timely completion and regulatory deadlines.
• Maintain auditable records and obtain executive approvals prior to submissions.
• Communicate observations and remediation requirements to Service Owners and partners.
• Identify themes and risks; propose control enhancements and process improvements.
• Enhance operating model with governance, metrics, and tracking capabilities.
