Qualifications

• 5+ years in Legal, Compliance or Risk Management preferred; or experience supporting an Operational Risk framework.
• Strong written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day risk controls related to the research franchise, regulatory and operations.
• Monitor and improve control frameworks; create new ones where needed.
• Maintain policies; investigate exceptions and assist with their resolution and incident reporting.
• Develop thematic incident risk assessment programs.
• Lead projects on the supervisory platform and information security program.
• Assist with audits and compliance assessments; collaborate with global teams.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance and Technology functions.
