JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President for Global Philanthropy in Dallas, TX. You will design and execute strategies to advance economic opportunity in the Southern and Midwestern U.S., manage a diverse grant portfolio, and build external relationships to support strategic priorities.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in program development, implementation, or policy in nonprofit, corporate, and/or government sectors.
• Deep knowledge of and experience in economic inclusion, with focus on financial health, employment and labor markets, affordable housing and community development, and small business/entrepreneurship.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically about solving structural issues, as well as program design and implementation.

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage philanthropic programs end-to-end, from concept design through approval, execution to program close, in collaboration with community partners.
• Provide robust budget management to maximize value of philanthropic activities.
• Assess risk in the grant portfolio and propose mitigation strategies; escalate control issues as needed.
• Build and maintain productive networks with government, philanthropic, business, and nonprofit leaders.
• Monitor trends impacting market strategies and philanthropic activities; inform strategy with performance insights.
• Lead engagement with internal JPMorganChase stakeholders, including LOB leaders, cross-CR partners, and HR/communications.
• Communicate the firm’s approach to expanding economic opportunity and CR initiatives to diverse audiences.
