Qualifications

Solid Tumor medical affairs and/or R&D experience required.
15+ years of global medical affairs and/or R&D experience.
Leadership experience coaching teams at scale in oncology.

Responsibilities

Lead the Global Medical Affairs solid tumor team through growth and change; accountable for development of global medical adoption strategies and evidence generation.
Lead evidence generation and communication activities, including publications and MSL activities.
Execute complex clinical development programs to support key Oncology medicines and explore new disease areas.
Develop in-house solid tumor global medical affairs organization to ensure high team-effectiveness and digital transformation.
Build external reputation of the Oncology organization and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
