Advanced degree required; 15+ years in Medical Affairs/R&D; solid tumor expertise; travel up to 25%. The role offers competitive compensation and broad benefits.

Qualifications

• Solid Tumor experience required.
• Proven ability to lead large, matrixed teams across global medical affairs.
• Experience engaging KOLs and external stakeholders.
• Experience with new product launches and lifecycle management.
• Global/International market experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Medical Affairs Solid Tumor team through growth and change; develop global medical adoption strategies and worldwide evidence generation plans.
• Execute complex clinical development programs and publish data through publications and scientific communication.
• Partner with regional Med Affairs and R&D to ensure medical perspectives are integrated into clinical development and lifecycle management.
• Ensure operations follow Credo principles and applicable compliance guidelines.
